The compressed air can be got rid of solid impurity and gaseous water through the pretreatment system. When it enters absorption tower which is full of zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS), nitrogen, carbon dioxide and steam can be adsorbed by the absorbent and the oxygen passes through the adsorption bed level to become the product gas. When the ZMS is saturated, it should be regenerated in order to carry on next absorption process. Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), a kind of advanced gas separation technology, is widely used in the fields of petroleum chemical industry, electric steel-making, glass production, papermaking, ozone production, aquaculture, the aerospace, medical health care and so on. Due to stable movement and security of the equipment, its status in the world cannot be substituted.
